The performance combines a variety of modern rhythmic gymnastics, dance, cheer, artistic vaulting, tumbling and high-energy acrobatics.
The skilful athletes radiate energy, enthusiasm, presence and commitment during their 1-1.5 hours' performance comprising various routines changing in genres and contents - from movements in a rapid pace to insistent, humorous and classical, graceful movements.
The entirety and flow of the performance are supported by many colourful costumes, the choice of music and expressions.
